Plants and their benefits:
Açaí berries: Very rich in antioxidants and anthocyanins that help combat premature cell aging. They are also high in polyphenols, iron, calcium, and vitamins C, A, B, and E, and contain up to 19 different amino acids.
Goji berries: Extremely rich in vitamin C—up to 400 times more than oranges—and an excellent source of vitamin A, which plays a major role in bone growth, strengthens the body, and aids post-exercise recovery.
Maltodextrin: Derived from the hydrolysis of starch from rice, corn, wheat, or potatoes. It helps prevent performance drops during exercise, accelerates recovery, and supports immune system function.
