Return Policy

Customers will contact support@oudbotanicals.org with any request for a return within a 14 day period from time of purchase.

Products must be undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of initial notification. Additionally we offer a Return/Refund policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days from receipt of item.  Customers initiate return requests by sending an email to support@oudbotanicals.org.
